Your right to return

We want you to be satisfied with your Hardero purchase. You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of the date you received it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU where applicable, and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@antiagecleanvita.world within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please include your full name, phone number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions and a return address by email.

Conditions for return

  • The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective or does not match the description on our website.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product was received in a damaged or defective state.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are issued by bank transfer to an account you nominate. We will contact you by phone or email to arrange this.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened supplements (unless defective)
  • Products returned more than 14 calendar days after receipt
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper storage

Defective or incorrect items

If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
