This Privacy Policy applies to Hillcrest Nutrition Ltd, trading as The Hillcrest Nutrition, 12 Hillcrest Road, Auckland 0627, New Zealand (NZBN 9429000000001). Email: hello@antiagecleanvita.world. We operate the website at https://antiagecleanvita.world/ and sell Hardero men's wellness supplements via cash-on-delivery across New Zealand.

2. What personal data we collect and why

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Order data: full name and phone number provided when you place an order for Hardero through our website. We use this data to confirm and fulfil your order (legal basis: performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Contact enquiry data: name, email address and message content when you use our contact form. We use this to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Consent preferences: your cookie consent choices stored in your browser's localStorage. This enables us to respect your preferences on return visits (legal basis: legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Website analytics data: where you have consented to analytics cookies, we collect anonymised browsing data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, session duration, referral source). We do not collect health-related data or data that identifies you individually through analytics. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Advertising data: where you have consented to advertising cookies, Google Ads may collect interaction data to measure campaign performance. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Google services

Our website uses the following Google services, subject to your consent preferences managed through our cookie consent mechanism (Google Consent Mode v2):

  • Google Analytics 4: collects anonymised traffic and behaviour data. Cookies used: _ga, _gid, _ga_* (retention: 2 years / 24 hours / 2 years respectively). Data is processed by Google LLC (US) under the Google Analytics Data Processing Amendment.
  • Google Ads / Remarketing: measures ad conversions and supports remarketing. Cookie used: _gcl_au (retention: 90 days). Governed by Google's Ads Data Processing Terms.

When you reject non-essential cookies, all Google Analytics and Google Ads data collection is suspended via the Consent Mode v2 denied state. No ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization or analytics_storage signals are sent until you grant consent.

4. Data retention

Order data is retained for 7 years for tax and commercial record-keeping purposes. Contact enquiry data is deleted after 12 months. Analytics data is retained per Google's default retention settings. Cookie consent preferences are stored in your browser until you clear local storage or change preferences.

5. International transfers

Google LLC is based in the United States. Data transferred to Google is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and the adequacy mechanisms recognised under the UK GDPR. We do not transfer personal data to any other third party outside New Zealand or the EU/EEA.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") where no legal basis for retention exists
